He requested Planning Board <br /> approval of the Definitive Subdivision Plan. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Earth Tech Plan, Flat Pond Definitive Subdivision Plan, <br /> prepared for Bayswater Development, dated 12/22/06 revised <br /> 17/ 7". <br /> The Planning Board reviewed the letter submitted by <br /> Mr. Rowley dated February 7, 207 which suggests some minor <br /> chances to the plan. <br /> There being no further Board, staff, or Public comment <br /> the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal aring. made a Motion to close the <br /> Public -Hearing in this matter; which Lotion was duly <br /> seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a further Lotion to <br /> approve the Definitive subdivision Plan for Flat Pond <br /> Subdivision dated 12/22 revised 01/ 7/07, subject to Mr. <br /> Rowley' s comment letter dated February 7, 2 7; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Town Clerk <br /> Approval of Road Larne h n e-i ashpee Deck Board a/ a Simons <br /> Road to Trinity Place and Cardinal Lane <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hea-ring to order. <br /> The Town Planner provided the Board with a letter from <br /> the Town Clerk as well as an e-mail from one of the <br /> abutters. <br /> The Town Clerk' s letter- is dated January 2, 2007 <br /> recommending a road name change to Trinity Place and <br /> Cardinal Dane. <br /> 5 <br />
