Slavinsky explained this project is located in the <br /> I-1 zoning, approximately 14 . 7 acres of land being divided <br /> into 9-lots. Them is one existing building on the <br /> property. All of the proposed lots have the required <br /> 40, 000 sq. ft. Echo load i. . a 20-ft . wide paved road. <br /> There is an easement on Lot 7 for the purpose of <br /> providing a o-ft. access to the proposed o-B project . <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Proposed Land Division in Ma shpee, MA, prepared for Pamela <br /> an semi, Trustee, dated March 19, 2 o 0 7" . <br /> There being no further Planning Board discussion the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION : John Halachis made a Motion to sign the plan <br /> dated March 19, 2,007 as Approval Not Required under the <br /> Subdivision Control Law, subject to submission of the <br /> required tax records; which Lotion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman then signed the mylar and five copies of <br /> the plan, and Fora N Certificate of Action- NR. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Duck Pond Limited Partnership-106 Falmouth Road Rte. 28 <br /> Signature-2-Lot Approval Not required Plan <br /> 3 <br />
