It was- the general consensus of the Board to allow for <br /> some time to review this information and to continue this <br /> matter to the May 2, 2007 meeting at a time certain. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this ratter to May 2, 2007, at 7 : 10 p.m. ; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by John Halachis. <br /> Voting in favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Balzarini, John <br /> Halachis, and Hatvey Cohen. <br /> Abstaining from the vote: Lee Gurney. <br /> Discussion <br /> Heather Hesta- rant-South cape village <br /> The Chairman made reference to a letter received from <br /> the Consulting Engineer regarding Heather Restaurant, dated <br /> April 18, 2007 . <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board of their vote at <br /> the last meeting to approve Applicant' s request for outdoor <br /> dining subject to the condition that drainage plans are <br /> provided to the Consulting Engineer. <br /> Mr. Rowley informed the Chairman that he is satisfied' <br /> with the drainage plans, and that he has suggested that the <br /> existing roof drain be noted/shown on the plan. <br /> It was determined that the Decision, which has been <br /> signed by the Chairman, may be filed with the Town Clerk. <br /> Discussion <br /> Duck Pond Limited Partnership-Route 28 and Trinity Place <br /> The Torn Pla-nner reminded the Board of their approval <br /> of the Decision in this ratter at the last meeting with a <br /> condition that revised plans for both buildings regarding <br /> exterior materials be provided, which have not yet been <br /> received. <br /> The Board advised Planning Staff to continue to hold <br /> onto said Decision until the required reprised plans have <br /> been submitted. <br />
