r <br /> Mr. Talbot'Talbot' s major concern is for the undue burden <br /> that would be placed upon the residents if forced to deal <br /> with an address change. <br /> (Location references were being made on a map showing <br /> the area under discussion, the newly proposed road is not <br /> contiguous with- the- existing Pequot Avenue, and would be <br /> the only house at this location. ) <br /> After reviewing the Assessors' Maps the Town Planner <br /> determined there is -no number 3 or 4 ,.Pequot" at the ,other <br /> locations. (Court and Road) . He suggested the Town Clerk be <br /> notified to not issue these address numbers (3 and 4) t <br /> any future building at the other "Pequot" locations . <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to close the <br /> Public Nearing in this matter; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by John Hala his a-nd so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to name the <br /> upper portion of the road location to "Lori Lane." (.North of <br /> I ohono Road) , and that the road -name of Pequot Avenue <br /> remain as it now exists, and-further that the suggestion be <br /> made to the Town Clem that address numbers 3 and 4 not be <br /> assigned to any future buildings located on Pequot Court or <br /> Pequot Road within the Town of Mashpee; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by John Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> New Boston sP LLC - Southport Retirement Community <br /> Approval of Final Site Development Plan of Phase III <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Attorney Michael Dunning, representing the <br /> Applicant. <br /> References were Made to a Plan Revised. May 10, 2007 <br /> entitled, "Phase III within Southport on Cape Cod, <br /> Planned Retirement Community Condominium, Mashpee, MA, <br /> prepared by RIM Engineering - Revised May 10, 2007"; <br /> The Town Planner provided copies of "Mashpee Planning <br /> Board - Phase III Final site Development Plan - Southport <br /> Planned Retirement Community New Boston sP, LLC" which is <br />
