Planning Board to fashion a draft bylaw <br /> using the Barnstable document as -model for the Town o <br /> Mashpee . The Mashpee Planning Board is to be authorized as <br /> the Special Permit Granting Authority. <br /> The Board agreed to delete language on page 2 , 240- <br /> . 1 . . . 1.
