Mr. Furbush <br /> asked if the application went to the Conservation Commission. Mr. Cook said; not yet. He <br /> has filed the paperwork.Mr. Furbush has mentioned several times,if projects require other <br /> Boards to review,they should visit those Boards first before filing with the Zoning Board. <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller read the Board of Health,and Town Engineer comments into the record. <br /> No issues. There were no comments from abutters. There were no more comments from <br /> the Boards or audience. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board approve the Written Finding for 9 Elliot Road <br /> under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension to a pre-existing, <br /> non-conforming structure on property located in the Popponesset Overlay District and the <br /> R-3 Zoning District,Map 117 Parcel 129,Mashpee,MA. (Owners of Record: Gregory and <br /> Ivy Schantz), with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
