Loves: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br />landspace in order to deem lot buildable on property located in an R-5 zoning district at <br />27 Melissa Avenue (Map 21 Parcel 13) Mashpee, MA. Owner of Record: Lawrence <br />Nadzeika <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson, and <br />Jonathan Furbush <br />Gail Lopes represents herself at this hearing. They are seeking a landspace variance of <br />8,520 square feet in order to deem lot 27 Melissa Avenue a buildable lot. The Board is <br />informed that there are extensive taxes owed on this property that Mr. Nadzeika owns. <br />The variance will be conditioned on tares being paid in full on this property. The Board <br />reviews the site plan and finds the variance request reasonable. Frederick Borgeson <br />makes a motion to grant an 8,520 square foot landspace variance. Jonathan Furbush <br />seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Variance is conditioned on property taxes <br />being paid in full and plans from J.E. Landers-Cauley of West Falmouth, Ma, dated <br />.January 8, 2007, Job No. 1690 ANR. <br />Geoffrev and .Janet Willis: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25 (1)(9) of the <br />zoning by-laws to construct, maintain and license a pier, ramp and float on John's Pond <br />with maintenance in perpetuity on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 65 <br />Hooppole Road (Map 57 Parcel 58) Mashpee, MA. <br />Sitting: Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson, Jonathan Furbush and <br />James Reiffarth. (Robert Nelson steps down from this hearing) <br />.John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the applicant at this hearing. <br />They are seeking a special permit to construct, maintain and license'a pier, ramp and float <br />on Johns Pond with maintenance in perpetuity. The Board reviews the plans and <br />Marshall Brem makes a motion to grant the special permit. Frederick Borgeson seconds <br />the motion. All agree. So moved. A roll call vote is taken. Marshall Brem votes yes. <br />Frederick Borgeson votes yes. Zella Elizenberry votes yes. Jonathan FurbuS11 votes yes. <br />James Reiffarth votes yes. Special Permit is conditioned on plans from Cape & Islands <br />Engineering, dated October 26, 2004, revised December 8, 2006, File No. 104MA. <br />Jeanne Mantel, Trustee, Collinswood Trust: Requests a Special Permit from Section <br />174-25 (1)(9) of the Zoning By-laws to relocate the existing dock facility (landing and <br />ramp) and reconstruct the existing float with maintenance in perpetuity on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 8 Great River Road (Map 120 Parcel 62A) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />-Sitting: Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson, Jonathan Furbush and <br />James Reiffarth.
