THE JOBS &WHITINGS NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> Building and Lot Disposition <br /> Buildings shall be oriented parallel to a straight principal frontage line or on aline tangent <br /> to a curved frontage line.The building shall be oriented to the build to line in locations Where. <br /> a lot has a prescribed build to line. Principal frontage lines should be confirmed with <br /> the Neighborhood Architect if necessary. The Neighborhood Architect shall review exceptions <br /> on irregularly shaped lots. <br /> • Ground floors in residential buildings in the Whitings neighborhood shall be raised a minimum <br /> of eighteen inches (18")from average the sidewalk grade along the building frontage to <br /> ensure views into the building provide adequate privacy. <br /> Ground floors in buildings in the Jobs neighborhood zone with a first level residential or- <br /> lodging function shall be raised a minimum of three feet(3')from average sidewalk <br /> grade along the building frontage. <br /> Courtyards or patios within attached building types shall be a maximum of six inches (6") <br /> below adjoining gallery or interior.finished floor. <br /> • Adequate provisions shall be made for storm-water management within the lot. Gutters in <br /> front and rear setback areas shall be collected to the interior of the lot through underground <br /> piping <br /> • All Applicants are responsible for verifying locations of existing site utilities prior to design and <br /> construction.
