So moved. <br /> Robert Sanborn: Requests a variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> vary the setback requirements to build a garage with a dining/kitchen area on property <br /> located in a cluster R-5 zoning district at 16 Saxony Drive (Map 29 Parcel 136) Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Sitting: Jaynes Regan, Edward Govoni and Robert ert Nelson. <br /> Robert Sanborn represents himself at the hearing. He is seeking a variance of 8.4 feet in <br /> order to build a garage and a dining/kitchen area to his home. Since this property is in a <br /> cluster development, the setbacks are 30, 15 and 20 feet off the property line. The Board <br /> moves to grant the variance of 8.4 feet. The motion is seconded. So moved. <br /> Jacqueline La' 'e: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-2 .A.8 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to legalize and existing accessory structure in-lav apartment on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 8 Cutlass Lane Map 90 Parcel 6 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert Felson, Edward Govoni and Janes Regan <br /> Jacqueline Lajoie represents herself at this hearing. She is seeking a special permit in <br /> order to legalize an existing accessory structure. There are several problems that arose <br /> with IVIS. Lajoie attempting to do this project. Irving Lewis of Cutlass Lane and Barbara <br /> Davis of Cutlass Lane have several issues. They state there is constantly trash not picked <br /> up, overgrown grass, 2 electric meters which indicates 2 separate residences, it is not <br /> owner occupied and it appears to look like a 2-family. It was determined by the Board <br /> that IVIS. Lajoie is trying to sell the property and it would be more marketable if it were to <br /> have rental income capabilities. There is a heated debate between several audience <br /> embers and Ms. Lajoie. Mr. Degan informs the interested parties that they must only <br /> speak to the Board and any arguing can be taken outside. The Board informs IVIS. Lajoie <br /> that the dwelling should be owner occupied and the trashy appearance of the house is not <br /> something they are fond of. The Board would like to make a site visit and move to <br /> continue this matter to July 91h. The motion is seconded. All agree.
