The applicant shall adhere to the recommendations of the Board's engineer, as <br /> noted on the attached report. <br /> 4. Unless modified by this decision, the terms and conditions of the original <br /> Comprehensive Permit are hereby ratified. <br /> 5. Pursuant to G.L. c. 44, §53G, and the Towns Comprehensive Permit Rules, the <br /> applicant shall pay for the services of the Board's Engineer and Town Counsel for <br /> review of the modification contemplated hereunder. <br /> 6. The modified comprehensive permit shall expire if construction is not <br /> substantially commenced within three years from the date this decision is filed by <br /> the Board with the Town Clerk.
