Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner, Mr. ! <br /> Dublirer, who also attended the meeting. Mr. Sanicki stated that changes are being made <br /> to the previous Variance and Special Permit granted by the ZBA. The Petitioner wishes <br /> to eliminate the deck in order to enlarge the house footprint. Plans call for reduction of <br /> the current lot coverage from 22%to 20%. Mr. Dublirer said that the home is <br /> approximately 35 years old.
