The Board ` <br /> agrees to continue this matter until Mr. Kirrane can be present for the petitioner on <br /> September 25, 2002. All agree. <br /> Stephen Giatrellis—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.D.1 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a commercial building on property located in an I-1 � <br /> zoning district at 68 Nicoletta's Way (Map 26 Parcel 19)Mashpee, MA. <br /> i <br /> Sitting: Richard T. Guerrera, Marshall Brem and James E. Regan, III <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents Petitioner Stephen <br /> Giatrellis. The proposal calls for erection of a commercial building at the end of <br /> Nicoletta's Way. Mr. Sanicki informs the Board that the Technical Review Committee <br /> and the Design Review Committee have reviewed this matter. <br /> Sidney Heimberg <br /> 39 Sturgis Lane <br /> l <br /> Mr. Heimberg would like to know how many bays are proposed on the subject property. <br /> Mr. Giatrellis informs him he is looking to build six units at 1560 feet. The building has <br /> a 110,000 square foot threshold. Mr. Heimberg expresses his concern over all the trucks <br /> that presently produce so much dust and dirt in and around their homes in the immediate <br /> area. Fencing will be used for aesthetics. <br /> a. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Regan suggests that the Board require submission of a landscaping bond. The bond <br /> must be submitted to the ZBA office before a building permit can be issued. <br /> ill � I <br /> Mr. Nelson moves to grant a Special Permit to construct a commercial building with a <br /> condition of a landscaping performance security bond of$8,000. Mr. Giatrellis will bring <br /> in the necessary papers for the bond. <br /> l <br /> Commercial findings to include#1, #2, #3, #4, and#6. <br /> Richard T. Guerrera seconds the motion. All agree. <br /> Janet C. Proeek—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By- �I <br /> laws to allow for demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of a single-family <br /> home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 12 Great River Road (Map 120 <br /> Parcel 63) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan, III, Robert G. Nelson, and Marshall Brem. I I' <br /> David Sanicki, of Cape & Islands Engineering representing the Petitioner Janet C. Procek <br /> is requesting a Special Permit and Variance to erect a single-family home with a deck and <br /> garage.
