Mashpee Zoning Minutes—August 28, 2002 9 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mr. Granfield is seeking a Chapter 9 1-1 OA permit. He said that he will be filing a Notice <br /> of Intent and has hired Cape & Islands Engineering. An amnesty program was started in <br /> about 1990 and he filed again in 1992. Mr. Sanicki informs the Board the State wants <br /> people to have a license for the dock along with local approval for the amnesty permit. <br /> Harbormaster Perry Ellis has recommended that the Board deny the requested Special <br /> Permit under Chapter 9 1-1 OA. The Petitioner is seeking a float permit and not for a dock. <br /> Mr. Granfield informs the Board that the structure is bottom anchored, which was a <br /> concern of Mr. Ellis'. Mr. Granfield has notone through the Conservation g g on Commission. <br /> Mr. Brem informs Mr. Granfield he must go through Conservation first before the Board <br /> of Appeals can render a decision. <br /> The Board agrees to continue this hearing until November 13, 2002 to allow for <br /> Conservation Commission approval.
