The 151 Nominee Trust-Requests a Variance from Sections 174-21 and 174-21.1.B.2 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a commercial building with offices and retail sales within a Stormwater Management area on a non-conforming property located in a C-2 zoning district at 400 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 72 Parcel 116) Mashpee, MA. Mr. Brem moves to grant a variance for the following. - a 7, 118 square foot variance on the lot size Variance criteria 1, 2, 3, - 1, 2, 3, 4. Findings will be - due to that swail use the topography findings - 1, 2, 4. Mr. Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. S No comments from abutters. Christ the King Church: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-51.B of the Zoning By-laws for permission to exceed the 20 square foot maximum to allow for installation of new signage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 5 Jobs F Fishing Road (Map 74 Parcel 33) Mashpee,MA. No one appeared for this petition. Mr. Regan moves to continue this matter until `Y October 9, 2002. Mr. Govoni seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
