Brem. d <br /> Mr. Rodrigues represented his Petition and said that he contacted the Planning Board and <br /> was told to request a Variance from the ZBA for permission to combine the subject lots <br /> and vary the frontage requirements. Mr. Rodrigues stated that he is trying to improve a <br /> subdivision that was left unfinished several years ago on Southwind Circle and Balfour <br /> Lane. Mr. Rodrigues is seeking to combine the property located at Map 21 Block 47 with <br /> the property located at Map 21 Block 55 to make one buildable lot that would face <br /> Balfour Lane. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to allow the Petitioner permission to combine Map 21 Block 47 and <br /> Map 21 Block 55 to create one lot and to grant a Variance of 50 feet from the frontage <br /> requirements. Realty Trust —Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the setback requirements to water and <br /> wetlands to allow for construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 407 Monomoscoy Road (Map 124 Block 63) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the Variance granted by the Board in Decision V-00-78 on April 26, 2000 has <br /> expired. He stated that there are no changes to the proposal. <br /> The Conservation Commission and the Board of Health have approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
