Harrison—Requests a Variance from Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to exceed the maximum dock length to allow for construction of a pier, ! �, <br /> ramp and float on Mashpee River on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 14 Pem <br /> Lane (Map 89 Parcel 3G) Mashpee, MA. <br /> ii <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitions and stated <br /> that plans for an extended walkway and patio require filing for an amendment with the !, <br /> Conservation Commission. The Conservation Commission has scheduled its hearing for <br /> the amended plans on November 1, 2001. <br /> Mr. Brem questioned if the Conservation Commission has given its approval to the <br /> proposal. Mr. Sanicki said that the Commission has no problem with theproject. The <br /> Shellfish Constable has approved the proposal. <br /> I <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 65 feet, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Ms. <br /> Elizenberry seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Ms. <br /> Elizenberry seconded. All agreed. <br /> The Variance and Special Permit are conditioned upon Conservation Commission !� <br /> approval of the proposal for the amended walkway. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS ! % <br /> William & Priscilla Coughlin—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing dwelling to allow for construction <br /> of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 35 Uncatena <br /> Road (Map 123 Parcel 63) Mashpee, MA. <br /> William & Priscilla Coughlin—Request a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of <br /> the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot coverage requirements and the setback <br /> requirements to water and wetlands to allow for construction of a single-family home on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 35 Uncatena Road (Map 123 Parcel 63) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and Zella E.
