air" \3 <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great JVeck - oad Sorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Little River Boatyard Inc. - SP-97-08 15 Riverside Road <br /> Map 119 Block 88 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 9, 1996 by Little River Boatyard Inc. for a <br /> Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand a <br /> pre-existing non-conforming structure with a second floor office addition, construct a 48' <br /> x 60' steel frame building and allow additional portable rack storage equipment on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Riverside Road (Map 119, Block 88) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 3, 1997 and January 10, 1997, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, January 22, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and Section 174-17 of <br /> the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
