The permit is referenced by site plan of Eagle Surveying signed by Paul Ryll on <br /> January 25, 1995 , the building elevations and the landscape plan of Allen <br /> Osgood . All referenced plans are co-signed by a member of the Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> 2. The Petitioner must get the approval of the Design Review Committee on <br /> signing, lighting, landscape and design before the issuance of a Building <br /> Permit. <br /> 3. The Petitioner shall post a Landscape Bond of $5,000 with the Town <br /> Treasurer.. All landscape work is to be completed within six months of the <br /> completion of the building. <br /> 4. The Petitioner must conform to the Board of Health requirements that all <br /> hazardous materials including pesticides, herbicides and petroleum products <br /> must be properly stored to prevent any groundwater contamination should a <br /> release occur due to a spill or fire. <br />
