Mr. LeBlanc said the foundation is in and the first <br />floor deck is on and to move it you would have to demolish it. <br />Mr. Mindick asked if house could be cantilevered and Mr. Ford <br />said this was not possible. Mr. Govoni asked if there was any <br />way the entry could be changed. <br />Ms. Stefos said she had asked the Crescenzis to reconsider their <br />options and mentioned that if they refused to negotiate she <br />would speak to her attorney. She discussed zoning with the <br />Building Inspector and he said everything was approved. She <br />said her neighbor had told her she could not expand in the front <br />as he would oppose her. She questioned why abutters were not <br />notified when stakes were put it. She said her attorney had <br />checked with Attorney Carter who said plans met zoning for pre- <br />existing non -conforming lots. Ms. Stefos showed plans of the original <br />house and Mr. Makunas said they had the certified plot plan <br />of the previous dwelling.
