Louise made a motion to grant the applicant ' s request and <br /> continue the discussion at 7 :30 on July 18th. Wayne <br /> seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br /> Torn explained that there is a problem with the monitoring <br /> well #5, IEF says it is not adequate for monitoring purposes <br /> and will have to be reconstructed at a cost of $3 , o0 0. Torn <br /> stated to the applicant that this cannot be avoided. <br /> Applicant: New seabury Company <br /> Request. Further discussion of Buf f lehead Bay extension <br /> of time Board has to review. <br /> Mike Grotsky was present representing the applicant. <br /> He explained that nothing new has happened since the last <br /> meeting. <br /> Tom explained that the Commission has taken the day they <br /> received the authorization letter from the Board as the new <br /> starting date (60 days from June 11) . <br /> Mike stated that they are still consistent with their <br /> timetable . <br /> Judy stated that her concern is that the Commission is not <br /> held to old zoning and that plan using old zoning and she is <br /> not sure haw long the Board wants to continue working on <br /> this plan if the Commission says no to the -plan. <br /> Sturgis Lane -- Charlie joined the meeting and presented a <br /> letter stating that the road has been satisfactorily <br /> completed. <br /> Louise made a motion to sign off on the release of the <br /> Letter of Credit. Wayne seconded the motion. All Board <br /> members were in favor. <br /> Tony Ferragamo joined the meeting at this time. <br /> Applicant: Edward Grogan <br /> Location: Cranberry Hollow subdivision <br /> Request : Mr. Grogan wishes to bring the Board up-to--date <br /> on the status of Cranberry Hallow. <br /> Mr. Grogan was present and stated he wanted to keep the <br /> Board up to date on permitsr etc . He stated that according <br /> to permit LEF was supposed to send certified plans to Board <br /> of Health but they have nothing but the preliminary plans on <br /> record. He has found that the engineers changed the plan <br /> and put all the sewer pipes in the open space . <br /> Tony stated that can either go with the plan which was <br /> approved or modify the special permit to disrupt the open <br /> space. This is between him and the various consultants <br /> involved. <br /> Judy stated that the clock started Jan 22 , 1.90 , the date of <br /> groundwater discharge permit. <br /> 2 <br />
