Oren will give a copy of the report to the other Board of <br /> Health members. <br /> Dr. Kerf oot will return on the first meeting in August . <br /> Approval Not Re wired Plan <br /> Applicant: Edward Daly- <br /> Location: Off Horseshoe Bend way <br /> Request: Submission of 1--lot ANR plan. <br /> Mr. Edward Daly was present. He explained that he is the <br /> owner of land which is on the Mashpee/Falmouth town line and <br /> presented a plan of the property. In order to get a <br /> description for his property he is submitting an ANR. <br /> This is the remaining parcel of a larger piece of land which <br /> was -mainly in Falmouth. <br /> There are no dimension changes. <br /> -Tony stated that the lot will not comply with minimum <br /> zoning standards. They cannot deny creating the lot but it- <br /> may not be buildable. <br /> Tony explained the submission r-equirements to the applicant <br /> - they- need the zoning district on the plan, and the Board <br /> is requesting that the notation stated that the signature <br /> does not mean it complies with zoning should be put an the <br /> plan. <br /> Tom would like to discuss this with Town Counsel. . <br /> Mr. Daly can call the Planners office after they have spoken <br /> with Town Counsel regarding whether there should be a note <br /> on the plan. <br /> Rich Ferrera returned with the DiMaggio ANR with the note on <br /> the plan. <br /> Louise made a motion to endorse the ANR. Wayne seconded the <br /> plan. All Board members were in favor. <br /> Discussion <br /> Applicant: Fields Point <br /> Location: Job' s Fishing Road <br /> Request: Discussion of proposed zoning bylaws for Job ' s <br /> Fishing Road neighborhood. <br /> Doug Storrs and Buff Chase were present. <br /> Tom stated that he drew up zoning bylaw changes which they <br /> had talked about. <br /> Doug stated that for the 151 North property, they will <br /> submit a special permit application and teen it will be <br /> submitted by the Planning Board to the Commission. <br /> They f ound that an application for 151 will have to b a <br /> - 5 -- <br />
