Tony thinks there are more pressing needs for taxpayer money than <br /> to straighten that turn, he does not think they will see <br /> taxpayers money being used money. if the $25, 040 can be <br /> collected from Nickulas it may not be enough to do the job. <br /> Mr. Fitch stated that the Board's position is well stated but it <br /> is not appropriate to put all the risk on the applicant, must <br /> find a compromise. How do we get from here to there? <br /> Tony stated the Board will be looking at access in proximity to <br /> the turn, line of site etc. and how they will be different <br /> without the road correction. <br /> Mr. Fitch stated that the applicant can get a commitment and then <br /> begin work in other areas, if the road work will not begin in the <br /> near future. <br /> Tony stated that the Board would like to go out there and look at <br /> it, would like- to see some areas staked. <br /> The applicant requested the Board extend the time they have to <br /> act to July 19th.
