Lou:ise made a motion to endorse the plan with the addition of the <br /> zoning district. Wayne seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor. 5-0.. <br /> The applicant will have the zoning district added to the plan, <br /> return Olt to the planning office and a Board member will sign the <br /> plan. <br /> The applicant submitted an application form and a check for <br /> $15,00. <br /> Appliocant': Gregory Teveekrem, Jr. and Bennett Gordon <br /> 0 <br /> Location. Bowsprit Point (Map 105, Blocks 222 and 223) <br /> a -Submission and siffignature of 2 lot ANR plan ad *usting <br /> Request. <br /> lot lines, <br /> Mr. Bill Warwick was present representing the applicant, <br /> He explained that they are changing the property line to <br /> encompass a swimming pool which encroached on the neighbors <br /> property and are trading another pimece of property. <br /> The Board reviewed the plan. <br /> Mr, Warwick explained they have altered the property lines but <br /> not changed the area. The frontage does not change min any way. <br /> @ . % a <br /> It Complies with zoning. <br /> Tom stated that they are non-conforming lots now. <br /> R <br /> Tom stated that he received a call from Greg Taylor, DPW Director <br /> who 'i' s concerned that a new buildable lot would be created,. <br /> Tom explained that lots 67 and 68 have been 'in common ownership <br /> and lost their protection. <br /> Loulase made a motimon to approve the plan* Wayne seconded the <br /> motion, All Board members were 'in favor. 5-0.. <br /> Tony pointed out that 4 lots are actually being created, not 2. <br /> The applicant presented an application form and $60, 00 <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Applicant: James G1011 <br /> .0 <br /> Location'. The Highlands <br /> 10 <br /> Request.: Discussion of status of roads. <br /> Mr. James Giffill was present. He is the current owner of the <br /> subdivision (formally known as Ramsgate) . He has owned the <br /> property for '2 1/2 years. <br /> Mr. Gioll explained that at the timme he purchased Olt, the Planning <br /> Board had a $80, 000. bond with the former owner. <br /> Mr. Gill began negotiating with the bonding company. <br /> It was Town Counsel ' s opionloon that this was a Planning Board <br /> problem (not his role to negotiate with them) and the Town <br /> eventually settled for $50 , 000. <br /> 7 <br />
