He said a plumber will be required to apply for a permit. The Board of Health <br /> will have to inspect the system for waste oil, gas, and sand. He said 1fthe system |s installed inside the building, <br /> a cover will be required bobe sealed tight. Venting for this gas is usually through the roof, however, if there are <br /> offices aoonvenGatioM with the plumber is required to discuss venting to the outside the building. <br /> He said that the tight tank has been inspected by the Fire and Building Departments. <br /> Joe Callahan,_Board of Health <br /> There were comments submitted inan email dated June 7. 2O22 from the Assistant Health Agent. The Health <br /> Agent suggested that the tank be installed outside. The Board of Health wants to know the square footage of <br /> the office space. <br /> No comments from Town Manager. <br /> Jack Phelan, Fire Chie <br /> He said that the office space shows 12x20on the Site Plan. <br /> Mr. Phelan made a motion to approve the plans oa presented with the addition of; <br /> ° A revised plan to upgrade the storage lift hoa "lift 4^ <br /> ° An engineered stamped plan showing the suppression system for the Planning and Zoning <br /> Boards. <br /> ° A licensed plumbing contractor to oversee the installation of the tight tank and application for a <br /> permit. <br /> Mr. Callahan seconded. Discussion: <br /> Evan Lehrer <br /> ,Town Planner <br /> ° Amended the motion to include that the subsequent auto sales permitting is conducted in <br /> accordance with the Town Rules and Regu|aUons, and an appearance before the Planning <br /> Board be scheduled at the appropriate time pursuant to the filing of that submission. <br /> Mr. Callahan seconded the amended motion.
