Review of Compliance—97 Sunset Strip. <br /> Mr. Harrington commented there has been no new action since March 29th.The owner stated she <br /> was not going to get a dumpster until she redid the roof.The Board was looking to have it done <br /> sooner as she is under orders. The Board previously voted to issue$25.00 per day in fines after a <br /> seven day period where no work was done. Small steps were taken up until March 29th but no <br /> work has been done since. From March 291h to July 15, 2021, 90 days of non-compliance have <br /> accrued. Therefore, a fine of$2,250.00 may be issued. <br /> Mr.Virgilio stated if this is the attitude and no action has been taken to correct the problem, he <br /> is left with no choice. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Ernest Virgilio moved to issue a fine of$2,250.00 <br /> for 90 days of accrued non-compliance for failure to comply with 105 CMR 410.602 of the State <br /> Sanitary Code and the Mashpee Board of Health Nuisance Regulation that was received in an <br /> order letter on February 3,2021. COVID-19 Update. <br /> Mr. Harrington commented that the emergency declaration ended on June 15, 2021. The <br /> vaccinations are being administered on a walk-in basis at pharmacies and health centers. The <br /> Health Department has been working with camps and the Boys & Girls Club regarding mask use <br /> and COVID protocols to best safeguard the unvaccinated. The homebound are all being scheduled <br /> through the State DPH. Mr. Harrington has not had any requests for vaccination, or had any <br /> correspondence with the Community Health Center or Barnstable County Health Department in <br /> weeks. There have been no cases of COVID for one week. He has access to MAVEN now to <br /> monitor any state DPH daily cases as they come in. There remains concern for variants and <br /> unvaccinated persons. <br /> Mr. Baumgaertel is hoping they can get emergency authorization for the children under 12 years <br /> old before school starts. He is nervous for the Delta variant. <br /> Mr. Harrington noted Pfizer has submitted and hopefully in a couple weeks the vaccines will come <br /> out for kids, he is unsure if Moderna submitted. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and approval of meeting minutes. There were no minutes prepared for review. <br /> 2. Review and approval of expense warrants. Expense warrants were signed <br /> Mr. Baumgaertel inquired about the VNA and if the status was still in a holding pattern. <br /> Mr. Harrington believes this will come through CARES Act.
