There is no apparent conflict of interest to prohibit voting on this <br /> matter. <br /> Kimberely Conn, Executive Director of the Mashpee Housing authority responded to questions <br /> regarding the Breezy Way Roofs, Siding, and Windows project. Regarding the eligibility of <br /> windows under the mandates of the CPA correspondence was received from Fatima Razzaq of <br /> the Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD)dated December 3, 2021 <br /> stating this is an acceptable use of Community Preservation Act funding. <br /> In response to the potential CPA award of$264,893 it was disclosed a portion of the project has <br /> been approved by DHCD,and the Mashpee Housing Authority plans to apply for HILAPP and <br /> Sustainability funds to pay for remaining costs. This includes any change orders. The Housing <br /> Authority was noted to be confident the HILAPP would be awarded with the leverage of CPA <br /> funding. It was disclosed the Breezy Way project is comprised of 6 family units, a total of 22 <br /> residents including women and children. <br />
