(Continued from 3/24 for further info/discussion) <br />Mark Dibb from Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. presented plans. <br />Agent said he has not heard back from Shellfish Constable yet, he recommends a <br />continuance. He read comments from Marine Fisheries and Harbormaster. <br />Mr. Smith asked if there’s a way to address the concern about shading. <br />Mark Dibb said we can look at float design. <br />Mr. Colombo asked about the size of the existing float. <br />Mark Dibb said 6x20, revised proposed float is 8x30 (down from 8x40) <br />Mr. Weeden motioned to continue at the request of the applicant to 4/28/22 at <br />6:12pm. <br />Mr. Dalton seconded the motion. <br />Vote: 5-0-0 <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Ms. Zollo; yes <br />Mr. Weeden; yes <br />Mr. Dalton; yes <br />Mr. Colombo; yes <br />Mr. Smith; yes <br /> <br />In favor, 5; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0 <br /> <br /> <br />6:12 George E. NOI <br />Proposed addition to existing dwelling and mitigation plantings. <br />Raul Lizardi from Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. presented plans. <br />Agent said mitigation offsets any potential impact, he recommends close and issue. <br />Assistant Agent read Board of Health comments. <br />Mr. Smith asked the Agent if it’s a net environmental benefit, Agent said yes. It will create a <br />buffer where none exists and no impact to freshwater wetland. <br />Mr. Colombo asked if that’s a pipe that goes into the drywell. <br />Raul Lizardi said no, that’s his error.
