MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 13, 2022 <br /> The Board had questions regarding the retaining wall and walkway which will be inspected by <br /> the Building Commissioner during the permitting process. <br /> Mr. Morris read the Conservation comments into the record. Mr. Reidy read the Board of Health <br /> comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Variance to Southworth Mashpee Properties, <br /> for 69 Shoestring Bay Road under §174-33 (Setback from water and wetlands) to allow for <br /> construction of a single-family residential structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 77 Parcel 137, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a VARIANCE <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Proposed Residence, 69 Shoestring Bay Rd, Mashpee, MA. Prepared for: <br /> Kerry Lesslauer,Date: June 3,2022, Scale: 1"= 10',Drawn by: JKL,Job No.: 2021-055, <br /> Prepared by: Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying. Sheet C3.0. <br /> 3. The Board issues a Variance setback from the wetlands in the amount of 33 ft. The <br /> amount depicted on the plan is 17 ft., and the amount required is 50 ft. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Conservation Department comments. <br /> Mr. Gould, seconded, yes <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the relief from the wetlands. <br /> 19 Mercantile Wa =: Petitioner,Capewide Construction requests a Special Permit under§174- <br /> 25 (G) (4), (G) (5), (G) (6), §174-25 (G) (14), §174-25 (G) (18); and §174-45.6 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for construction of a 7,272 sq. ft. metal building with contractor bays to be <br /> used for cabinet making with accessory storage, office, showroom, retail and paint booth on <br /> property located in an I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning District(s), Map 88 Parcel 105, <br /> Mashpee,MA. <br /> 2 <br />
