MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 13, 2022 <br /> The Board had questions regarding the retaining wall and walkway which will be inspected by <br /> the Building Commissioner during the permitting process. <br /> Mr. Morris read the Conservation comments into the record. Mr. Reidy read the Board of Health <br /> comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Variance to Southworth Mashpee Properties, <br /> for 69 Shoestring Bay Road under §174-33 (Setback from water and wetlands) to allow for <br /> construction of a single-family residential structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 77 Parcel 137, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a VARIANCE <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Proposed Residence, 69 Shoestring Bay Rd, Mashpee, MA.
