Matt Costa from <br /> Holmes & McGrath presented the project details. Mr. Cook inquired about the height of the <br /> retaining wall and foundation. Mr. Costa clarified that the existing foundation will remain. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked about the distance of connection from the boathouse to the septic <br /> tank. Mr. Costa said about 150 ft of trenching. Tom Bunker of BSS Design presented the project details and background. <br /> Mrs Clapprood asked for clarification on events leading up to the current permitting and <br /> how far the project had come along before permitting requirements were made known to <br /> the homeowner. No comments from the Building Commissioner. Agent clarified <br /> performance standards for coastal bank and how the project meets the standards.
