6:15 Shephen & Kathryn Marshak, Mashpee Tree House LLC, 51 Timberland Drive. NOI <br /> Proposed addition to existing single family home. Mike Borselli of Falmouth Engineering <br /> presented the project details. <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering, Inc. presented the project. Mr Borselli <br /> described communications with Board of Health on this proposal. The Agent provided new <br /> Board of Health comments that conflicted with the consultant comments. Agent <br /> recommended that consultant contact Board of Health to make sure that they are on the <br /> same page. Mr. Colombo asked about the possibility of having this continued. Agent did <br /> not think a continuance was necessary..applicant will need a building permit prior to <br /> concom sign off on the additions. Mr. Weeden had some clarifications on the motion and <br /> any possible conditions from Board of Health. Brief discussion ensued. Ciullo, 65 Redwood Circle Proposed construction of three NOI <br /> additions to existing dwelling and after the fact permitting of existing elevated stairway <br /> down inland bank leading to Mashpee Pond <br /> Wayne Tavares from Wettech Land Design Inc presented the proposed activities. Agent <br /> informed commission that no DEP# has been issued (should be issued prior to next <br /> meeting) and the project is still awaiting review from MA Natural Heritage & Endangered <br /> Species Program. Agent recommends a continuance for receipt of DEP number <br /> Mr. Cook motioned for a continuance to July 28th <br /> Mr. Weeden seconded the motion <br /> Vote 4-0-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Cook: yes <br /> Mr. Weeden: yes <br /> Mrs Clapprood: yes <br /> Mr. Colombo: yes <br /> In favor, 4; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0 <br /> 6:21 Avi Spivack, 120 Ventures LLC, 120 Fells Pond Rd. Proposed freshwater dock and NOI <br /> elevated walkway to be constructed over existing at grade pathway. Wayne Tavares of <br /> Wettech Inc presented the project. DEP file # issued. Mr Tavares described some of the <br /> changes that were made since the last presentation which included shortening the dock <br /> length into the pond by 4 feet. Stairway posts (diamond piers) were reduced in number <br /> along the proposed footprint, resulting in a reduction from 32 piers to 18 piers. Sloping <br /> Tupelo tree in middle of dock entry area is proposed to be removed but mitigation is <br /> offered up to compensate for the tree loss. Mr. Cook noted the improvements to the <br /> project. Mrs Clapprood commented on what the changes in the footings were based on. <br /> Mr. Cook &the Agent provided clarification. Mr.Colombo asked about off season storage of <br /> dock sections. Mr. Tavares described the upland storage location. <br />
