Mr. Hart el said .it would be a simple g �ieen area and will. <br />be irrigated. Mr. Tlarsters said he wanted to see how much seed and <br />how much sod will be used and he and ' Mir. Jonas felt they should also <br />have some low shrubs. Mr. � �arsters said he would like to see a <br />supplemental olan. <br />The Board then reviev,Fed the definitive plan which included a topo and <br />road pi o]1_'il.es They -vTere pi�esen.t ing the plan so they could build the <br />condominiums i n 3 phases. Rhase 1 would be to t 11 and would include <br />the clubhouse. The question was raised on turn arounds for each phase . <br />After- discussion the Board felt the parking area --.was adequate for <br />phases 1 & 2. The Board asked it be noted that they requested an <br />adeaua t e turn around roadway be provided with groper signs. Mr . <br />Marst ers asked if wags Rd, would be used and Mr. Hartel said they had <br />no intention of using it at this time, <br />Mr. Rowley asked about the pavement on Shell.back Way and Mr. McGrath <br />said it would be a 20' travel way with 12" burms on both sides. <br />The Board voted to schedule a public hearing on the plan for November <br />2nd at $:00 p.m. Mr. Rowley said he would look at the plans before <br />the next meeting and if he comes across a problem, it will give them <br />a f eve days to look at it before the hearing, <br />Mr, McGrath stated they wanted to start construction by installing <br />underground utilities. The Board said they couldn't give their approval <br />and they would be doing so at their own risk but they don't have a <br />regulation prohibiting them from starting either. Mr. Rowley added it <br />would be' st r�.ct ly at their own risk since I.f he finds a problem and <br />the road would have to be realigned it could be a problem, ��e sa j- at <br />this point it's tough to say as he hasn't looked at the plan and he <br />would have to determine. if the drainage is adequate for the road it <br />will serve. <br />qr . Hart el said given the restraints they're under, , they would have to <br />take that risk. <br />They paid the f ileing fee of $2000 <br />The Board discussed the printing of a new map. They pointed out changes <br />that needed to be dome and they were that mom Lyon.' s property change to <br />commerc ia1. was never added, Wayne Tavares' n. over t y was changed to <br />commercial, and what to do with I.r.r. Sherman' s property, They felt <br />they should have a master plan and go over the reap to -add changes for <br />when new maps are to be Draint ed. <br />
