PLANNING BOARD Town of M ashpee PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 4116180 Cont ' dm. Page 2ry Mrs . Ruth LaTouche comes before the Planning Board tonight with Ms . Shirley Jones of Jones and Stone Real Estate Company asking for the release of a road covenant on property owned by Mrs . LaTouche- abutting Asher s P a-th. Mrs . LaTouche brought in her copy of the. original plan . Ms . Jones and Mrs . LaTouche explained hard- ship to the Board and wishes the ' rel.eas e in order that Mrs . LaTouche can market three (3) lots , and Mrs .. LaTouche is not quite sure just what the covenant means , Mr. Blakeman. did ask who owned the ancient way and could s-he actually go ahead a pave same. Mr. Marsters , referring back to note of Meeting November' '19 71# answered yes that Mr. Gates was- at the meeting' i:n 1971 and he 'said that he would give permission for LaTouche to pave and the Town Engineer re commende d that fishers Path 'be -paved ,to provide 'a normal route in and out of the s:ubdivi.s,ion due to excess- ve grades anal two other- access. routes . I.t was, as-ked whoser pemi.s•s on was, required and Mr, Nathan Gates , Trus-tee of the Re4ervati�on gave ne-dessary perznis s ion because they do own half.. Conservation. Mr. Marsters asked hire if there were any, wetlands involved to which the reply was no,. Town Council., Mr. Jos-eph. Reardon. comes= into tie 'meeting and Mr Marsters asked his advice re error that has occured on Zoning Map stating an oversight concerning property- can 130 belonging to Mr. Thomas Lyons and what must the Planning Board do to correct same, Mr. Reardon sugge_s�ted a letter from the. 'Plannin.g Board. to Mr. Lyons be sent- out as had been done_ in the past stating that one parcel was indee-d zoned business . A letter- is in file that should be copied. Mr. Reardon also sugges-ted a change 'be -put -on each copy of zoning maps stating correction. .................... ..................... ...... Planning Board brought Mr. Umina back into the meeting and asked him to hand pen covenant requirements on Page 2 -of plan brought before Public Hearing this evening in order they might sign- it tonight and hold the 21 days while awaiting 'signed covenants to come back from his brother 'in Texas .
