The open space area within the Childs River East subdivision is to be used as credit <br /> land for the undersized property to obtain the additional bedroom. In this case, 13,800 square <br /> feet of additional land is being utilized to obtain the 30,000 square feet required area for three <br /> bedrooms. The credit land survey plan and Grants of Title 5 Nitrogen Loading Restriction and <br /> Easement for the facility and credit land have been provided. The fee has been paid and the <br /> plans and documents have been reviewed, with no issues encountered. The septic design plans <br /> have not yet been submitted. <br /> Matthew Costa,engineer at Cape and Island Engineering, introduced himself for the record. He <br /> quickly described the nature of nitrogen aggregation plans with the specifics to this address. He <br /> affirmed the information Mr. Harrington explained. Review of request for extension of Board of Health Order at 197 Old Barnstable Road. Mr. <br /> Harrington commented that a request has been received from the family of the late Birte <br /> Rhode,owner of 197 Old Barnstable Road. A Title 5 inspection was conducted at the property <br /> on December 7, 2021 with a determination of Conditional Pass due to a deteriorated <br /> distribution box and risers not being present. A letter was sent to Ms. Rhode ordering that <br /> these items be corrected within 14 days of receipt. Ms. Rhode's children just completed probate <br /> and received letters of authorization, and are in the process of making decisions regarding the <br /> future of the property. In light of the situation,they are requesting a six-month extension on <br /> the deadline to replace the distribution box and install the required risers on all components. <br /> Ms. Bernardi, home owner,was present to answer questions from the Board. Ms. Bernardi and <br /> her brother are not clear on what they will be doing with the property and is asking for more <br />
