MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 8, 2023 <br /> Mr. Coffey said that certainly it is better and would appreciate the screening. He wanted to clarify <br /> that he called Attorney Kirrane. His neighbor called to criticize his letter. <br /> Mr. John Haswell, 12 Cordwood Road approached the Board. He mentioned that most of the <br /> homes are one level in the neighborhood, and has concerns with traffic during the summer months. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said if the Board conditions the decision with some plants for screening, he <br /> believes his client would agree, but could not get in touch with him. <br /> Mr. Luff suggested that the condition state that the plantings would be required to the area of the <br /> rear stairs. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners,Desmond M. and Joan <br /> H. Kelly of 5 Shore Drive under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing <br /> non-conforming single family residential dwelling with a new single family residential dwelling <br /> on property located in the R-3 and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 112 Parcel 73,Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan — 5 Shore Drive, Mashpee, MA.
