MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> APRIL 12, 2023 <br /> Mr. Dibb pointed out the boundary lines on the site plan of the proposed property stating that the <br /> survey was performed from other properties down the street. <br /> Mr. Sockbeson asked about the septic system that will be situated next to his system. The Board <br /> said to have a discussion with the Board of Health. Mr. Sockbeson asked if the lighting could be <br /> situated so it does not shine onto their house. The Board suggested he speak with his neighbor. <br /> There were no further comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that close the public hearing to comments for 7 Pine Avenue. Mr. <br /> Blaisdell, seconded. Mr. Pittsley,yes,Mr. Goldstein,yes,Mr. Bonvie,yes, Mr. Blaisdell,yes, and <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> There was no further discussion. <br /> Mr.Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners,Michael D. and Kristin <br /> A.Bain under§174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws and M.G.L. c.40A Section 6 to raze a pre-existing, <br /> non-conforming single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single-family dwelling on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 123 Parcel 30, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
