MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> AP 1.2, 2023 <br /> The Board had a discussion and would like the Building Commissioner to keep track oft e O&M <br /> Plan for this property. Mr. Bonvie offered to help with this effort. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the Conservation Department comments into the record; "Not in wetlands <br /> jurisdiction", and Board of Health comments; "a Title 5 inspection is required for increase of <br /> footprint of facility", and the Fire Chief comments that he is satisfied with Mr. Pesce's report. <br /> There were no further comments from the Attorney. There were no further comments from the <br /> Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Forbush asked for a motion to close the public hearing to comments. Mr, Bonvie made a <br /> motion to close the public comments, Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes. Ms. Sangelcer, yes, Mr. <br /> Goldstein, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor. <br /> There was no further discussion, <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit Modification to Owner, <br /> Mashpee 151 Properties, LLC, to an existing Special Permit (SP-97-73) under §174-24 (C) (9) <br /> and §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 1,800 sq. ft. addition.to the rear <br /> of the existing retail building on property located in an R3 and C2 Zoning District(s), Map 72 <br /> Parcel 56, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> I. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Modification to <br /> a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9® <br /> 1 Site Plans — Prepared for Mashpee Properties LLCM, Project: 425 Nathan Ellis Hwy, <br /> Maslipee, MA.
