MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> APRIL 12,2023 <br /> 6. Prior to the request of a building permit,the applicant shall issue a working capital account <br /> in the amount of$5,000. The check shall be issued to the Town of Mashpee to be utilized <br /> to pay for the initial peer review, and for future peer review inspections and signoffs. <br /> 7. The applicant agreed to install ten(10)arborvitaes on Ms.Joanne Peters'property located <br /> at 54 Sassacus Road, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 8. (Continued from March 22, 2023 hearings at the request of the <br /> Attorney). <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read a letter dated April 10, 2023 regarding 90 Popponesset Island Road from <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane requesting a continuance until Wednesday, May 24, 2023. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell wanted to confirm that this hearing will be within the time allowed to be heard. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked Attorney Kirrane if this hearing is being continued because he is waiting for the <br /> Conservation Commission comments. Attorney Kirrane said that Conservation Commission has <br /> denied the project, but he is not going to prejudice his client's rights to zoning. He is not sure if <br /> there will be an appeal, but he is protecting his client's rights. Mr. Bonvie said as one member of <br /> the Board,this is one reason that he relies on the Conservation Department comments prior to the <br /> Zoning Board meeting. He mentioned to Attorney Kirrane that generally there is something in <br /> writing submitted to the Board from the Conservation Agent. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell mentioned he also relies on the Conservation Commission's comments. <br /> There were no further comments from the Board or audience. <br /> 4 <br />
