MEETING MINUTES <br /> AS ]PlF'.E ZONING BOARD OF APPEA.LS <br /> JANUARY 2 ,2 23 <br /> r. ]Pesce has reviewed the latest site plan d agrees that the slights enlargement of the retention <br /> area will manage and correct any drainage issues off of Commercial Street that the DPW Director <br /> was concerned about. Mr. Pesce reviewed the minor concerns as submitted to the Board and he <br /> recommends approval contingent upon receiving the final plans and erosion control plan. There <br /> will also be compliance inspections during construction and after construction with an as built <br /> plan.He will prepare a letter that the inspection was dune for the drainage,and the Beard of I lealth <br /> will be inspecting the septic system. The Water Dept. will review the water supply. These are the <br /> inspections that is common procedure that he generally follows with the Planning Bard. <br /> The card had a discussion:regarding the crust that should be .Placed in an escrow account for the <br /> peer review services. The duumpster enclosure be evaluated and modified if necessary to accommodate <br /> recycling in addition to trash collection and disposal. <br /> 3. The applicant provide to the lire Chief a list of chemicals and their quantities to be <br /> stored for any/all businesses in the contractor bays. <br /> 9 <br />
