Ms. Fisher stated she would talk to New Seabury prior to the next meeting.

Stakeholder Meetings

The goal is to prepare a list of interest groups and come up with a schedule to meet. This will
be done over the 2-year period.

\[Shellfish, fisheries, boating (water ways), boating and navigation, scientific community
(WHOI), other municipalities, engineers, et cetera.\]

Mr. Cook asked if this was jumping the gun in having a public meeting without meeting with
stakeholders first. Ms. Fisher explained that the public meetings will be an overview only. In
addition, there will be advertisements for each stakeholder group.

It was noted that the stakeholders come from an area of bias. Based on this, there will be
separate meetings for each group. For example, shellfish groups have very specific concerns.
Ms. Fisher noted that the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe might also have different concerns as
well.

The goal for the next meeting is to have a list made out. (To be added to)

New Business
Individual Meetings with Committee Members
UHI will be reaching out to Members to interview them for their area of expertise.

Public Meeting #1

Ms. Fisher asked that the members review and go over the document prepared that was handed
out. Ms. Fisher asked to note topics that stand out. The goal is to condense it down.

NOI – 2 year timeline has begun

Ms. Fisher noted there was two years to get in much as can. The more engagement that can be
done the better. Ms. Fisher asked that members participate when they could. Ms. Fisher noted
that there may be a need for other boards to come in to participate as well.

Woods Hole Group

Sediment sampling – Ockway Bay

The Woods Hole Group will be doing sediment sampling next week regarding potential
dredging. The new technology from Barnstable County will be key in facilitating this. The
idea is to look at the dredging needs of the Town.

Ch.91 Permitted Docks:

This is an action item for the Conservation Agent and Harbormaster to Review
