This would be eventually approved by the Commission. Representative: BSC Group. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Colombo asked about the size of the pier width (No increase). Regarding mitigation and <br />vegetation, everything was done or being done in response to Ms. Zollo. The step <br />replacement is not proposed. <br /> <br />Mr. McManus has received a comment letter from the MA Natural Heritage & Endangered <br />Species Program which stated there will be “no take” of any endangered species as a result <br />of this proposal. In other words, NHESP has no concerns about this proposal. In addition, <br />there were no concerns from Harbor Master. Shellfish Constable defers to Natural Heritage <br />for freshwater shellfish. As such, Mr. McManus recommended to close and issue with <br />standard conditions associated with freshwater seasonal docks. <br /> <br />
