"3 bedroom <br /> house,No comment." <br /> Chairman Furbush asked what the invasive control meant. Mr. Dibb said that the frag mites are an <br /> invasive species, and will be managed. <br /> Chairman Furbush asked for final comments. There were no more comments from the Board or <br /> audience. He asked for a motion. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owners, Jay C. and Kristy <br /> M. Willadsen for 17 Bowsprit Point under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br /> for a deck addition, alterations, extensions to a pre-existing, non-conforming single family <br /> dwelling on property located in the R-3 Zoning District Map 105 Parcel 228, Mashpee, MA with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
