MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> DUNE 28, 2023 <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that the pool is salt water, so there are no chemicals. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Daniel Kent,Assistant Conservation Agent comments dated June 26,2023 into <br /> the record; "Commission approved additions to dwelling as well as hardscape, landscape, <br /> mitigation and modifications to pier on the property." <br /> Mr. Goldstein asked if the sunroom is a heated space, and asked if Board of Health had any issues <br /> because it's a four bedroom system. The Board of Health reviews these projects during permitting. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Board of Health comments dated June 28, 2023 into the record. "Septic was <br /> approved and installed for 4 bedroom before new town I/A regulations and State Title 5. <br /> Recommend looking into upgrading septic tank to I/A technology while construction is going on <br /> before state enforces mandatory upgrades." <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to close the public comment for 25 Tide Run, Owners, Patrick J. and <br /> Nissa R. Knight request for a Written Finding under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws. <br /> Mr. Pittsley seconded, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. <br /> Furbush, yes. All were in favor to close the public comments. Mr. Furbush asked for a motion. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owners, Patrick J. and Nissa <br /> R. Knight, under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a garage addition, <br /> alterations, extensions to a pre-existing, non-conforming single family dwelling on property <br /> located in the R-3 Zoning District, and Little Neck Bay Zoning District Map 126 Parcel 40, <br /> Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan— Prepared for: Patrick J. & Nissa R.
