MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 28, 2023 <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned for the record that he acknowledges that all the various departments <br /> were well reviewed and provided their specific recommendations. <br /> Mr. Furbush commented that on June 6,2023 from Plan Review and are included in the proposed <br /> motion. There is also a two page letter that is included in the proposed motion from Evan Lehrer, <br /> Town Planner. <br /> Mr. Reidy read a comment into the record dated June 26, 2023 from Dan Kent, Assistant <br /> Conservation Agent. He also read the comments from Evan Lehrer, Town Planner dated June 5, <br /> 2023 regarding that the office use of the accessory dwelling is an allowed use. He read an email <br /> dated June 9, 2023 from Harbormaster into the record; "no issues". <br /> Mr. Furbush read an email letter dated May 23, 2023 from Evan Lehrer, Town Planner. He <br /> summarized the email for the record,a second email from the Town Planner dated June 14,2023. <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated for the record that both properties are under one ownership, and he <br /> provided the Board with a copy of the deed that is documented ownership under 21 Frog Pond <br /> Close LLC. <br /> There were more comments to read from the Board. Mr. Furbush opened the meeting to public <br /> comments, and specifically stated that people that have not spoken be allowed to speak. <br /> Mr. Mike Fox resides on 63 Frog Pond Close stated he wrote a letter to the Town Manager, and <br /> read it into the record. (Board never received Ltr.) (Not a direct abutter). <br /> 1. The Board has not received much input or comments from the neighbors on Frog Pond <br /> Close. <br /> 2. The applicant never approached the neighbors on Frog Pond Close. <br /> 3. Expansion of the marina. <br /> 4. Redirecting the traffic flow. <br /> 5. Health, Safety and Environmental considerations. <br /> 6. Additional parking is not needed. <br /> Mr.Bill Lovely,45 Frog Pond Close the Town Planner said that the applicant should demonstrate <br /> the reason he wants the additional parking. <br /> Ms. Elaine Coronella, 23 Buccaneer Way, wanted to know how many boat slip owners are from <br /> Mashpee. <br /> David Capotosto, 171 Captains Row. He wanted to know since the ownership has changed <br /> ownerships from one entity to another, is rack storage allowed. He wanted to know if this can be <br /> enforced. He also wanted to mention that the Town should have a bylaw that no rack storage be <br /> allowed and suggested the Board this. <br /> 3 <br />
