The complaint alleges the Committee deliberated outside of a properly posted meeting for a meeting to be held on September 1, 2022. Included in the informational packet as a response to the Open Meeting Law Complaint dated September 25, 2023 from the Office of the Attorney General, and the Complainants correspondence to the Select Board dated September 27, 2023. A response from Town Counsel Patrick J. Costello regarding the Open Meeting Law Complaint dated October 18, 2022 was included for additional review. Additional Documents: Additional documentation included a Public Records Request from CPC member Mary Waygan dated October 18, 2023 to the Assistant Attorney General Kerry Kilcoyne requesting to appeal the subject Open Meeting Law violation. Correspondence was also reviewed from Town Manager Rodney C. Motion made by Ms. Barbee to request a meeting with the Town Manager and Town Counsel to discuss the Open Meeting Law violation. Motion seconded by Ms. Waygan. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0-1.
