MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 24,2024 <br /> Mr. Morris wanted to confirm the bedroom count with the increase in the basement living space. <br /> Mr. Cook stated that there will be one bedroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms in the <br /> basement with egress windows. Mr. Morris stated the building code renovations are over 100%of <br /> the value of the house, and will require to bring the energy rating up to current HERS standards <br /> for the entire house and is very attainable. <br /> The Board confirmed that a dry well will be installed under the location of the new addition to <br /> capture any water runoff. There are no other dry wells being installed. Mr. Cook stated that BSS <br /> Design only added one dry well on the site plan. <br /> There were no other comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, so moved. Ms. Sangeleer <br /> second. All were in favor. Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion for the petition. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to Owners, Robert Paquette and Marcia Paquette at 84 Uncle Edwards Road,to allow for <br /> construction of a proposed deck and an addition to a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling on <br /> property located in the R-3 and the Popponesset Overlay Districts,Map 117,Parcel 209,Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
