Mulgrew, Trustees of the 33 Sunset Circle Realty Trust under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws <br /> to allow for reconstruction and extension of an existing deck to a pre-existing, nonconforming <br /> structure on property located at 33 Sunset Circle, in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 64 Parcel 28, <br /> Mashpee,MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Proposed and Existing Conditions.
