Ted Schmuhl, a newly appointed CPC member was in attendance listening, but not <br /> participating due to his inability to be sworn-in by the Town Clerk. <br /> Review of Project A11p1jpatj9psA.AppT9yAl_of Article to be considered for the Mayw6,w2024 <br /> Special Town Megtin_.L <br /> Pig ject: Pickerel Cove Road/Pickerel Cove Circle .9p..gp Spa <br /> ce................ g(puisitiq JDa, <br /> To ensure this article is placed on the warrant within the mandated timelines,it was agreed an <br /> article would be voted upon to serve as a placeholder on the warrant with an amount to be <br /> determined pending the outcome of the appraisal and negotiations thereof. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Waygan to approve and recommend to the May 2024 Special Town <br /> Meeting; the Pickerel Cove Road/Pickerel Cove Circle—Open Space Acquisition project; <br /> in the amount of; a sum to be determined; funding shall derive from the CPC <br /> Undesignated Fund Balance. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Barbee. <br /> VOTE: 8-0. It is anticipated the Appraisal Report <br /> would be prepared and distributed to the Community Preservation Committee by the end of <br /> February. <br /> It was agreed that a narrative,to include costs, and the total sum of the (9) subject properties <br /> would be sufficient to allow for continued negotiations between the respective parties and <br /> subcommittee of the CPC. A total of(4)full copies of the full Narrative Appraisal Report would <br /> be submitted to the CPC and retained by the CPC with a copy to be reserved for the Office of the <br /> Town Manager. <br />
