Mr. Collins stated that he hasn't spoken to anyone but the Fire Chief and he <br /> is adamant about the potential communication issues. If the Town puts this film on windows for safety, is the <br /> Town on the other hand putting safety in jeopardy?The Town Manager stated that something has to go, so due <br /> to the unanswered questions,this was taken out of his recommendations <br />
