Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, Kevin <br /> Shackett, Mary LeClair, and Richard Klein. A member of the public was asked to leave the <br /> meeting as they have a no-trespass order against the at 766 Falmouth Road, Unit A4, Mashpee, <br /> MA 02649. The individual left the meeting at the request of the Board. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the general <br /> session minutes of October 12, 2023. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> general session of October 12, 2023, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays, Richard Klein-Abstained. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report. Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the quarterly financials ending September <br /> 30, 2023. The current reserve levels are 46.61% for the 4001 Program, and 3.17% for the MRVP <br /> Program, Ms. Conn then reviewed the tenant accounts receivable as of today, she recommended <br /> writing off the vacated tenant portion of$1,224.00 under the 667 Program.
