Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, Kevin <br /> Shackett, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meetiggy':isJMn!ignMu1teMs: Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the general <br /> session minutes of November 9, 2023. s® Meizinger moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> general session of November 9, 2023, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried 4-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays. Ms. Meizinger then moved to approve and hold the minutes of the Executive Session <br /> held on November 29, 2023, seconded by r® Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> ® Treasurer',s Report, Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the October 2023 financials and noted that <br /> since the budget is still being drafted the comparison is to last year's budget. Extraordinary <br /> maintenance consists of power washing, plumbing and drain repairs, and fire alarm panel repairs. <br /> The current reserve levels are 44.40% for the 4001 program which will drop slightly over the next <br /> quarter but will hopefully remain above the required 35% by year-end. Ms. Conn requested that <br /> the November warrants be tabled as the bank reconciliations were still in process. <br /> ® Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reviewed the vacancies, one at Homeyer, <br /> two at Asher's Path,and one at Great Cove,there are two more vacancies expected of at Asher's <br /> Path. There are seven rents past due and the staff is working with tenants to bring the up to date, <br /> one of the rents will most likely have to be written off due to an eviction in process. The contracts <br /> for the Breezy Way Roofs, Siding, Windows Project have been signed and the construction kick <br /> off meeting will be scheduled, and the timeline will follow. <br /> 00 01 <br />
